Evolve: Becoming Her in 2026 is a powerful Women’s Empowerment Conference designed to inspire women to grow, transform, and step boldly into the best version of themselves. Hosted by the dynamic Deborah Y. Pratt, this marks her 7th annual Women’s Empowerment Event—and it promises to be the most impactful yet.

This year’s conference features a lineup of dynamic speakers who will pour into attendees on topics such as purpose, mindset, emotional wellness, leadership, fitness, and nutrition. Expect a day filled with inspiration, transformation, and meaningful connection.

ABOUT HOST
Deborah Y. Pratt is a Certified Corporate Trainer, Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, and Writer. She is deeply committed to helping women uncover their Purpose, ignite their Passions, and boldly walk in their full Potential.
Her signature empowerment journey began in 2019, in the wake of Hurricane Dorian, which devastated her home island of Grand Bahama, The Bahamas. What started as a heartfelt, one-time initiative to uplift and restore the spirits of local women grew into a powerful annual
experience—now entering its seventh year. Each event has blossomed with remarkable participation, heartfelt transformations, and an ever-expanding impact.

Deborah is a wife of thirty-three years, mother to three young adult daughters, and a proud grandmother to a beautiful granddaughter. Her family fuels her passion for uplifting others, and her life’s work reflects her unwavering belief that every woman carries greatness within her.
With grace, strength, and an authentic heart for service, Deborah continues to create spaces where women feel seen, inspired, and empowered to evolve into the best version of themselves. She looks forward to welcoming you into this life-changing experience.
